We've got ourselves one wonderful gem of a girl here... We reintroduce you to Ruby, a 2 year young pit mix with a sparkling personality! Ruby is out of the puppy stage with the teething and chewing on furniture, and potty training, but she still has a happy, bouncy goofy disposition that makes you think she just didn't get the memo that she's no longer considered a "puppy"!
Ruby is committed and dedicated to playing, and we mean she gives it her all! She's been around other dogs and is social and loves to get everyone involved in playing! She's the resident cheerleader of the pack who likes to get everyone riled up! However, she is respectful and will listen to commands from her handlers.
Ruby has mastered the treadmill, settles into her crate quietly and nicely and enjoys her downtime to rest. She absolutely is committed to being a super chewer, but only on Nyla bones, and chew toys, not your furniture! So providing this girl with a bone or a good strong chew toy is a great idea!
Ruby has been around children, and is currently in a foster home with other dogs and horses.
If you would like to meet this cheerleader power chewer, we ask all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application which can be found on our Adoption Info page here: https://www.sdk9rehab.com/adoption-info
As a reminder, all of our adoptable dogs go into foster homes, learn basic commands, are provided structured exercise, are crate trained, treadmill trained, and are socialized. The dogs are provided all of their age appropriate vaccines, are spayed/neutered, and are microchipped. You also receive a counseling session to help the dog transition into your home, as well as are provided a free follow up training session and support from S&D K9 Rehabilitation.
