Adoption Information

7 months or older $250

6 months and under $300

*All dogs live in foster homes

*Attends training classes & playgroups

*Are given a behavioral evaluation

Your Adoption Fee Covers:

•Spay/Neuter

•Rabies (if age appropriate)

*Distemper Combo vaccine (puppies receive 3)

*Bordetella (varies by age)

•Heartworm test (if age appropriate)

•Flea/Tick treatment

•Microchip

•Counseling session

•Free follow up training & support from S&D K9 Rehabilitation

Adoption Process

1. Fill out an online adoption application

2. References and rental agreements (if applicable) will be checked

3. Quick conversation reviewing everything

4. Set up meet n greet (if you haven’t met the dog yet) or if you have another dog in the home
